Neighborhood profile: Swift Creek Plantation is an executive neighborhood located across the street from the larger Swift Creek subdivision. Swift Creek Plantation is a separate neighborhood from Swift Creek. People enjoy the large high and dry lots and the central location of the neighborhood. At this time it does not have home owner’s dues like its Swift Creek neighbor. However, it does not come with all the amenities such as a pool, clubhouse or tennis courts.
